HAVE WE REALLY ACCEPTED THAT WE ARE THIS HELPLESS?

Lord, have we really accepted that we are this helpless? Have we forgotten that collectively, the Constitution has invested us as the Sovereign Filipino People?

GOD IS NEVER LATE

God is never late. His seasons and His time are always perfect. Understanding God has His time strengthens us, carries us in times of pain and depression, makes us grateful for the littlest of His blessings.

Lord, reading yesterday’s news accounts on our government, continue what has been widely observed by ordinary Filipinos and economic experts – there is no relief in sight from high prices for families. Mahal ang lahat ng bilihin, dumarami ang naghihirap.

WHAT NO ONE CAN TAKE AWAY FROM ME

This is what no one can take away from me – to dream of a better future for our children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

How does one refresh her soul on Sundays?

For me, it is by looking at God, the beauty of His plans for all of creation, the end of all things, and their renewal. When I start contemplating the glory that He has promised we will experience in Him, then no tear nor fear we go through in this life is enough reason to hesitate giving my all, trusting my all to God my Creator, Christ my Redeemer and the Holy Spirit my faithful Friend and Guide.
