Mr. Solarz: We will now listen to a section of the tape in which Mr. Marcos discusses his plans to take Mrs. Aquino hostage. In this portion of the tape, Mr. Marcos also discloses that he has already made a USD 2 million downpayment for arms with two other arms dealers.
